I had not realized that it had already been 6 months since I last updated! It's okay though, because my life has been very boring. :)

Year # 2:

Two of my very talented sisters made this owl for our

hall way during rush and I love it!

This year has been a lot better than it was last year. I am so happy to be OUT of the dorm and into a REAL HOUSE!!! I am living with my roommate from last year and one of our suite mates. I have became a handy woman since moving back apparently my desk came in the Monday after I moved back, of course. So instead of having Dad come back up here and put it together I decided I was going to at least attempt it and if I failed then I would have him come back and do it for me. Well 3 1/2 hours later I finally got it all together and it is still very sturdy. I was really impressed with myself I'm not going to lie. :) I was very bored this past Wednesday and did not want to do homework so I decided that I would finally hang my mirror and a few picture frames I had recently purchased from Meme's house (ha) I did this and much to my surprise they are still hanging! Jena and I have also decided if this whole college thing doesn't work out for us that we can become master plumbers seeing as how we fixed the toilet on Monday. I am not sure what will happen if I become any more handy around the house. Ha

RUSH 2009

Last year I only thought that formal recrutimet was stressful. This year I was wishing that I had it as easy as the girls going thorough. I am so happy with our new little hooties and think that Rush went great! We got an excellent group of girls and cannot wait to watch them grow in Chi Omega. I think that recruitment is a wonderful thing not only to bring in new memebers, but to also bring your chapter as a whole closer together. We had so much fun at practices, decorating, and promoting rush. Our bond and sisterhood has only became stronger since!
